Export of unsewn (perfect) binding machines for books from Spain decreases in 2016

European Commission published that in comparison with 2015 the indicator declined sharply by 39.72 percent. The variable strongly fell from 1 353 110 Euro to 815 640 Euro, versus the previous year when it went up by 91.53%. Spain saw a raise of 248.5% in printing machinery export during the last 17 years. Though, it has had a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.04% over the last 5 years with a marginal overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 735 534.71 Euro from 2000 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 2 446 560 Euro in 2006 and record low of 15 060 Euro in 2005.
