Import of camel-back strips for retreading rubber tyres to Belarus declines in 2016
According to statistics issued by United Nations Statistical Office, compared with the prior year rubber import strongly fell by 57.14 percent. The indicator sharply went down by 2 000 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it dropped by 71.31%. It attained its 19-year minimum. Belarus saw a decline of 98.43% in rubber import during the last 19 years. Besides, it has attained a negative average annual growth rate of 0.51% over the 5 years with a slight overall fall since the 1998. It averaged 160 410.32 US Dollar from 1998 to 2016 and it hit its maximum of 474 300 US Dollar in 2004.
