Commercial vehicles in use in Cuba: Growth in 2017

According to data published by OICA, in 2017 commercial vehicles in use increased hardly by 1.81 percent. It illustrates the all-time maximum since 2005 as the variable negligibly grew from 254.62 thousand units to 259.24 thousand units, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it rose by 1.85 percent. Cuba saw an increase of 20.58% in commercial vehicles in use during the last 13 years. Moreover, it has shown a rise at a 0.01% compound annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 232.9 thousand units from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 215 thousand units in 2005.
