Commercial vehicles in use in Kenya: Rise in 2017

According to statistics presented by OICA, commercial vehicles in use climbed by 6.02% in 2017. It's new all-time maximum since 2005 as commercial vehicles in use increased by 34.16 thousand units, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it went up by 6.4%. Kenya saw a raise of 93.77% in commercial vehicles in use during the last 13 years. Besides, it has had a rise at a 0.05 percent CAGR during the five years with a marginal overall growth since the 2005. It averaged 435.72 thousand units from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 310.71 thousand units in 2005.
