Import of sets of hand tools put up in sets for retail sale to Burkina Faso: Drop in 2016

In 2016 construction equipment import sharply went down by 61.51 percent, new statistics from United Nations Statistical Office pinpoint. The indicator strongly declined by 30 281 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it diminished by 16.69%. Burkina Faso saw a rise of 1 322.82% in construction equipment import during the last 22 years. Moreover, it has attained a 0.02% compound average annual growth rate during the last five years with a slight overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 20 220.77 kilogram from 1995 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 59 099 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 1 332 kilogram in 1995.
