Lead in concentrates production in Honduras goes up in 2014

According to numbers published by U.S. Geological Survey, in comparison to the previous year lead production sharply increased by 37.93%. The indicator rose greatly from 11 600 metric ton in 2013 to 16 000 metric ton prior year, in contrast to the previous year when it fell by 6.45%. The overall changes for the prior 17 years attained a rise of 269.6%. However, it has attained a drop at a 0.01% compound annual growth rate over the last five years with a slight overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 10 532.88 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it hit its all-time high of 16 954 metric ton in 2011 and record low of 3 764 metric ton in 1999.
