Import of percussion musical instruments to South Korea goes up in 2017

Compared to the previous year the indicator slightly increased by 4.98%, according to updated statistics published by United Nations Statistical Office. Music instruments import grew hardly from 705 873 kilogram to 741 031.25 kilogram, versus the prior year when it declined by 12.86%. The overall changes for the previous 30 years reached a raise of 3 263.58%. Though, it has shown a drop at a 0.05 percent average annual growth rate over the five years with a negligible overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 536 770.07 kilogram from 1988 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 1 050 554 kilogram in 2011 and record low of 22 031 kilogram in 1988.
