Import of live pure-bred breeding horses to El Salvador: Drop in 2017

According to figures presented by United Nations Statistical Office, the variable decreased by 27.39 percent compared with the prior year. Horses import declined by 30 335.61 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 13.58%. El Salvador saw an increase of 1 122.26% in horses import during the last 24 years. Furthermore, it has attained the compound average annual growth rate of 0.08 percent over the last 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 52 824.31 US Dollar from 1994 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 139 379 US Dollar in 2014 and record low of 6 580 US Dollar in 1994.
