Export of capsicum from Sri Lanka goes up in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office announced that in comparison to the prior year capsicum export went up slightly by 1.19 percent. The variable barely climbed by 16 109.88 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it rose by 42.54 percent. It hit its 28-year peak. Sri Lanka saw a growth of 8 725.37% in capsicum export over the past 28 years. As well as it has had a rise at a 0.09% CAGR over the five years with a slight overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 440 707.46 US Dollar from 1990 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 15 565 US Dollar in 1990.
