Bromine production in Ukraine: Stagnancy in 2017
U.S. Geological Survey reported that bromine production remained steady in comparison with the previous year. The indicator held steady at 3 500 metric ton, for the 4th consecutive year. The overall changes for the prior 13 years hit a growth of 86.37%. Still it has had a decline at a 0.03% average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a slight overall fall since the start of time series. It averaged 4 137.62 metric ton from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 7 824 metric ton in 2007 and record low of 1 878 metric ton in 2005.
