Lead in concentrates production in Burma: Growth in 2014

According to new figures presented by U.S. Geological Survey, the indicator greatly climbed by 53.85 percent in comparison with the previous year. Lead production sharply went up from 11 700 metric ton to 18 000 metric ton, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 19.39 percent. It hit its 17-year high. The overall changes for the prior 17 years attained an increase of 718.18%. Furthermore, it has shown a 0.21% average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a modest overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 4 664.71 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it reached its minimum of 900 metric ton in 2001.
