Fuel oil consumption in production and distribution of gas in China: Drop in 2015

According to figures issued by China National Statistical Office, in 2015 fuel oil consumption went down by 15.79 percent. The variable diminished by 0.03 ten thousand metric ton, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it decreased by 9.52 percent. It displays the all-time minimum since 2000. The overall changes for the previous 16 years hit a diminution of 99.34%. Likewise, it has shown a decline at a 0.06 percent compound average annual growth rate over the last five years with a moderate overall drop since the 2000. It averaged 8.4 ten thousand metric ton from 2000 to 2015 and it attained its maximum of 24.31 ten thousand metric ton in 2000.
