Fuel oil consumption in manufacture of textile in China declines in 2015

Fuel oil consumption went down by 10.21 percent compared to the previous year, according to updated numbers announced by China National Statistical Office. It attained its 16-year low as the indicator decreased from 7.93 ten thousand metric ton to 7.12 ten thousand metric ton, compared with the prior year when it grew by 7.02%. The overall changes for the previous 16 years reached a drop of 89.31%. Furthermore, it has shown a negative CAGR of 0.14% during the last 5 years with a marginal overall fall since the start of time series. It averaged 35.96 ten thousand metric ton from 2000 to 2015 and it hit its maximum of 72.72 ten thousand metric ton in 2004.
