Import of citric acid and its salts and esters to Lithuania goes down in 2017

In comparison to the year before the indicator dropped slightly by 2.72 percent, refreshed figures from European Commission illustrate. Citric acid import negligibly went down by 43 900 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it decreased by 5.26%. The overall changes for the prior 18 years hit a rise of 152.38%. As well as it has shown a 0.04 percent compound average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 1 262 372.22 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 2 752 300 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 621 600 kilogram in 2000.
