New vehicles registrations in Kyrgyzstan climbs in 2017

OICA published that compared to the prior year vehicle registration greatly grew by 36.75 percent. The indicator went up sharply from 2 000 in 2016 to 2 735 previous year, in contrast to the prior year when it diminished by 58.33%. Kyrgyzstan saw a decline of 52.84% in vehicle registration during the last 13 years. Furthermore, it has shown a negative average annual growth rate of 0.11 percent over the five years with a modest overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 4 806.54 from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 5 900 in 2011 and record low of 2 000 in 2016.
