Sold production of chocolate spreads in Belgium declines in 2017

European Commission published that compared to the previous year the indicator fell by 8.36 percent. Spreads sold production decreased by 4 956 136 Euro, in contrast to the prior year when it went up by 0.96%. The overall changes for the previous 23 years attained a growth of 88%. However, it has attained a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.03% over the 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the 1995. It averaged 15 226 660.43 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 59 291 288 Euro in 2016 and record low of 27 835 890 Euro in 1999.
