Export of ash or residues containing mainly zinc (not spelter) from Spain increases in 2017

Zinc export went up greatly by 435.5% in 2017, updated numbers from United Nations Statistical Office pinpoint. The indicator increased strongly from 595 936 kilogram to 3 191 264 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it dropped by 79.47 percent. The overall changes for the previous 29 years reached a drop of 93.3%. Likewise, it has had the compound annual growth rate of 0.09% during the five years with a modest overall decline since the 1989. It averaged 7 241 500.28 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 47 627 840 kilogram in 1989 and record low of 299 001 kilogram in 2003.
