Chromium material exports in United States decreases in 2015

U.S. Geological Survey published that chromium import declined sharply by 62.63 percent compared to the previous year. Chromium import strongly went down from 224 000 thousand US Dollars in 2014 to 83 700 thousand US Dollars prior year, contrarily to the previous year when it rose by 47.37 percent. United States saw a drop of 17.94% in chromium import over the past 18 years. As well as it has shown a diminution at a 0.11% CAGR over the 5 years with a marginal overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 117 938.61 thousand US Dollars from 1998 to 2015 and it hit its all-time high of 224 000 thousand US Dollars in 2014 and record low of 58 395 thousand US Dollars in 2003.
