Export of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymers from Brazil rises in 2017

Compared with the year before vinyl chloride export sharply grew by 250.61 percent, adjusted statistics from United Nations Statistical Office show. Vinyl chloride export climbed strongly by 3 689 kilogram, versus the prior year when it dropped by 86.52%. Brazil saw a fall of 96.67% in vinyl chloride export during the last 29 years. As well as it has shown a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.44 percent over the last five years with a slight overall decrease since the start of time series. It averaged 1 120 894.79 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 5 285 296 kilogram in 1996 and record low of 1 472 kilogram in 2016.
