Sales of crispbread in Italy: Fall in 2016

European Commission announced that in comparison to the prior year bakery sales slightly went down by 1.09%. The indicator dropped negligibly by 89 thousand kilograms, versus the previous year when it rose by 29.39 percent. The overall changes for the prior 22 years hit a rise of 58.21%. However, it has attained a negative average annual growth rate of 0.01% during the last five years with a slight overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 23 010.57 thousand kilograms from 1995 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 109 872 thousand kilograms in 1996 and record low of 5 097 thousand kilograms in 1995.
