Value of buildings completed of enterprises for real estate development in China grows in 2017

The indicator increased hardly by 3.09 percent compared to the prior year, according to numbers released by China National Statistical Office. Building starts slightly climbed by 995.1 hundred million Yuan Renminbi, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it went up by 5.56%. It displays the all-time high since 2000. The overall changes for the prior 18 years reached an increase of 1 062.75%. Moreover, it has attained a rise at a 0.04 percent CAGR over the last five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 16 235.32 hundred million Yuan Renminbi from 2000 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 2 859.35 hundred million Yuan Renminbi in 2000.
