Export of fluorinated, brominated or iodinated derivatives of acyclic hydrocarbons from Portugal declines in 2017

European Commission published that in comparison with the previous year the variable strongly dropped by 30.22%. Chemical intermediates export fell sharply from 514 900 Euro in 2016 to 359 290 Euro previous year, contrarily to the prior year when it went up by 115.68 percent. Portugal saw a rise of 4.41% in chemical intermediates export during the last 23 years. Besides, it has attained a 0.21% compound annual growth rate during the five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 163 744.35 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 745 750 Euro in 2005 and record low of 170 Euro in 2001.
