Copper primary smelter production in Russia: Rise in 2015

In 2015 the indicator slightly went up by 1.54 percent, according to adjusted numbers announced by U.S. Geological Survey. Copper production increased negligibly from 650 000 metric ton in 2014 to 660 000 metric ton prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it rose by 4 percent. Russia saw an increase of 26.92% in copper production during the last 18 years. As well as it has had a 0.02% CAGR during the 5 years with a marginal overall rise since the 1998. It averaged 625 971.67 metric ton from 1998 to 2015 and it reached its all-time high of 696 000 metric ton in 2005 and record low of 520 000 metric ton in 1998.
