Export of fresh or chilled whole poultry from the EU: Rise in 2017

According to numbers released by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison to the previous year poultry meat export climbed by 12.93%. The variable increased by 1 215 331 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 17.81%. It's new all-time peak since 2000. The EU saw a rise of 14.9% in poultry meat export over the past 18 years. Moreover, it has shown the CAGR of 0.05 percent during the 5 years with a modest overall decrease since the 2000. It averaged 8 373 069.11 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its minimum of 5 554 970 kilogram in 2009.
