Import of non-wired sheets of a thickness less than 3,5 mm to Spain falls in 2017

According to numbers presented by European Commission, glass import greatly went down by 54.33% in 2017. The indicator dropped sharply from 189 430 Euro to 86 510 Euro, in contrast to the previous year when it increased by 566.3 percent. The overall changes for the prior 22 years hit a decrease of 87.89%. Likewise, it has shown a growth at a 0.01 percent compound annual growth rate during the 5 years with a slight overall fall since the 1996. It averaged 1 163 432.27 Euro from 1996 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 4 973 880 Euro in 2003 and record low of 28 430 Euro in 2015.
