Fuel oil demand in United Kingdom: Drop in June 2018

JODI Data published that the indicator went down by 11.11% in June 2018. Fuel oil demand fell from 117 thousand tonnes to 104 thousand tonnes, versus the previous month when it rose by 8.33%. In June of the year before, the variable climbed by 7.96% and hit 122 thousand tonnes. Between June 2017 and the same month the year after, the figures present a -14.75 percent variation. United Kingdom saw a diminution of 77.97% in fuel oil demand during the last 16 years. In comparison with its average, the fuel oil demand is now smaller as the mean equals 287.35 thousand tonnes with a moderate overall drop since the start of time series. It attained its all-time high of 626 thousand tonnes in January 2006 and record low of 88 thousand tonnes in April 2015.
