Import of tapioca and tapioca substitutes to Thailand: Decline in 2016

According to figures released by United Nations Statistical Office, import of tapioca and tapioca substitutes dropped by 7.01 percent in comparison to the prior year. The variable diminished by 5 540 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went down by 73.07 percent. Thailand saw a raise of 62 737.61% in import of tapioca and tapioca substitutes over the past 29 years. Likewise, it has attained a 0.14 percent CAGR over the last five years with a slight overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 56 036.86 kilogram from 1988 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 293 605 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 22 kilogram in 1993.
