Export of dried grapes from Egypt goes up in 2017

According to revised data presented by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison with the year before grapes export sharply climbed by 68.6 percent. The indicator strongly increased by 68 279.91 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 80.04 percent. Egypt saw an increase of 1 550.46% in grapes export during the last 24 years. Likewise, it has attained a 0.01% compound average annual growth rate over the five years with a marginal overall growth since the 1994. It averaged 196 618.54 kilogram from 1994 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 1 240 908 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 429 kilogram in 1997.
