Export of artists, writing and cosmetics brushes from Sri Lanka: Diminution in 2017

Compared to the prior year consumer goods export went down by 9.3 percent, according to refreshed figures announced by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator fell by 362 814.25 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it diminished by 7.38%. Sri Lanka saw a raise of 72.11% in consumer goods export over the past 28 years. Furthermore, it has had the compound average annual growth rate of 0.06% over the five years with a slight overall decrease since the 1990. It averaged 3 750 675.99 US Dollar from 1990 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 12 401 868 US Dollar in 1992 and record low of 2 056 497 US Dollar in 1990.
