The indicator rose from 2 065 026 kilogram to 2 194 158 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 0.61 percent. Hong Kong saw a raise of 213.19% in processed food export over the past 25 years. Furthermore, it has attained a growth at a 0.05% average annual growth rate during the last five years with a negligible overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 2 189 781.96 kilogram from 1993 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 6 827 818 kilogram in 2000 and record low of 700 574 kilogram in 1993.
