Re-import of helical springs of iron or steel to South Africa: Fall in 2017

According to refreshed figures released by United Nations Statistical Office, metal products import declined by 7.03 percent in comparison with one year earlier. Metal products import fell by 1 879.43 US Dollar, compared to the previous year when it rose by 3 097.49 percent. The overall changes for the prior 16 years reached a growth of 603.41%. Besides, it has shown a raise at a 1.35% compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 12 085.47 US Dollar from 2002 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 121 830 US Dollar in 2008 and record low of 322 US Dollar in 2010.
