Import of shotguns, shotgun-rifles for sport, hunting or target to Mozambique: Decline in 2016

In comparison with the prior year the indicator fell strongly by 98.97 percent, updated statistics from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. Weapon import greatly decreased from 580 in 2015 to 6 previous year, compared to the prior year when it climbed by 174.88%. Mozambique saw a decrease of 14.29% in weapon import over the past 17 years. As well as it has had a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.5 percent during the five years with a negligible overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 100.94 from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 580 in 2015 and record low of 5 in 2011.
