Bentonite production in Bosnia and Herzegovina goes up in 2014

In 2014 clay production sharply went up by 330.41%, revised statistics from U.S. Geological Survey show. The indicator greatly rose from 18 808 metric ton to 80 952 metric ton, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it climbed by 4.49%. It reached its 17-year peak. Bosnia and Herzegovina saw an increase of 10 019% in clay production during the last 17 years. Likewise, it has shown a growth at a 2.04% CAGR over the 5 years with a modest overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 18 671.94 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it hit its minimum of 5 metric ton in 2001.
