Lead in concentrates production in Namibia: Raise in 2014

According to figures announced by U.S. Geological Survey, lead production went up by 9.09% compared to 2013. The variable rose from 11 000 metric ton to 12 000 metric ton, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 22.22 percent. The overall changes for the prior 17 years reached a decline of 11.56%. As well as it has attained a growth at a 0.03 percent compound annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a slight overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 12 112.24 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it attained its all-time high of 18 782 metric ton in 2003 and record low of 9 000 metric ton in 2012.
