Lead in concentrates production in Namibia: Growth in 2014

Lead production climbed by 9.09% in comparison with the prior year, new statistics from U.S. Geological Survey illustrate. The indicator went up by 1 000 metric ton, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 22.22 percent. The overall changes for the prior 17 years reached a fall of 11.56%. Besides, it has had a 0.03 percent compound average annual growth rate during the five years with a marginal overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 12 112.24 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it hit its all-time high of 18 782 metric ton in 2003 and record low of 9 000 metric ton in 2012.
