Import of fresh or chilled boneless sheep cuts to United Arab Emirates increases in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office published that sheep import went up by 13.4 percent in comparison to the same time an year ago. It illustrates the all-time peak since 2005 as the variable increased by 189 617 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 41.43 percent. United Arab Emirates saw a growth of 199.75% in sheep import over the past 12 years. Moreover, it has had the average annual growth rate of 0.21% over the last 5 years with a negligible overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 543 003.92 kilogram from 2005 to 2016 and it reached its minimum of 274 862 kilogram in 2008.
