Cottonseed production in South Africa: Stagnation in 2017

U.S. Department of Agriculture published that compared with the prior year the variable did not change. The same as it has been for the last 2 year, the cottonseed production was 31 thousand tonnes. The overall changes for the previous 49 years hit a decline of 6.06%. Furthermore, it has shown the compound annual growth rate of 0.1 percent over the last five years with a moderate overall drop since the 1969. It averaged 60.96 thousand tonnes from 1969 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 155 thousand tonnes in 1988 and record low of 12 thousand tonnes in 2012.
