Fuel oil demand in Estonia goes down in April 2018

According to refreshed numbers published by JODI Data, compared with the month before the indicator went down by 12.57 percent. Fuel oil demand dropped from 2.71 thousand barrels per day to 2.37 thousand barrels per day, as it follows the tendency of the previous month when it fell by 9.68 percent. The previous year, the variable was diminishing by -8.14 percent and hit 3.44 thousand barrels per day the same month in 2017. Year-on-year, this pinpoints a -31.25% change between April 2017 and April of the year after. The overall changes for the prior 16 years reached a fall of 18.88%. Besides, the fuel oil demand is now smaller than its average which equals 3.59 thousand barrels per day with a overall rise since the start of observations. It attained its all-time high of 9.03 thousand barrels per day in September 2008 and record low of 0.21 thousand barrels per day in December 2009.
