Sold production of fresh or chilled whole turkeys in Lithuania: Increase in 2017

Turkey sold production climbed sharply by 91.85% compared with the previous year, according to refreshed statistics issued by European Commission. The variable increased strongly from 28 471 kilogram to 54 623 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it dropped by 47.11%. The overall changes for the prior 13 years attained a fall of 42.6%. As well as it has attained a raise at a 0.1% compound average annual growth rate over the five years with a slight overall decline since the start of observations. It averaged 67 535.62 kilogram from 2005 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 253 907 kilogram in 2007 and record low of 28 471 kilogram in 2016.
