Import of hand-operated wrenches with non-adjustable jaws to Austria: Drop in 2016

In 2016 construction equipment import hardly decreased by 3.54 percent, new data from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. Construction equipment import fell negligibly from 1 213 864 kilogram in 2015 to 1 170 943 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went down by 3.29 percent. Austria saw a rise of 7.72% in construction equipment import during the last 23 years. Still it has had a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.02 percent during the last 5 years with a marginal overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 1 372 146.17 kilogram from 1994 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 2 364 101 kilogram in 2011 and record low of 1 037 700 kilogram in 2003.
