Import of red lead and orange lead to Oman: Decline in 2016

The indicator strongly declined by 97.16% in comparison with the prior year, refreshed data from United Nations Statistical Office show. The variable fell greatly from 35 736 kilogram in 2015 to 1 015 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it diminished by 61.1 percent. Oman saw an increase of 99.8% in lead import over the past 10 years. Though, it has had a decline at a 0.45 percent compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the 2007. It averaged 17 386.6 kilogram from 2007 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 91 861 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 508 kilogram in 2007.
