Liquefied petroleum gas demand in Cyprus: Diminution in June 2018

JODI Data published that in comparison with the previous month the indicator diminished by 25%. It hit its 16-year low as liquefied petroleum gas demand decreased from 46.4 thousand barrels to 34.8 thousand barrels, when it held steady by 0 percent. The previous year, the variable was diminishing by -25% and reached 34.8 thousand barrels in June of the year before. When examining the year-on-year situation, we can diagnose that the indicator attained the same value in June 2018 than the same month one year earlier. Cyprus saw a drop of 62.5% in liquefied petroleum gas demand during the last 16 years. As well as the liquefied petroleum gas demand is now lower than its average which equals 52.67 thousand barrels with a overall diminution since the 2002. It hit its maximum of 104.4 thousand barrels in January 2017.
