Export of yarn of artificial staple fibres not packaged for retail sale from Austria goes down in 2016

Yarn export decreased by 9.93 percent in comparison to the previous year, adjusted numbers from European Commission present. It's new all-time minimum since 2003 as the variable dropped from 62 814 800 Euro to 56 574 320 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 4.29%. Austria saw a decrease of 40.72% in yarn export during the last 14 years. Likewise, it has shown a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.08 percent over the last 5 years with a marginal overall fall since the 2003. It averaged 85 816 749.14 Euro from 2003 to 2016 and it reached its maximum of 108 398 408 Euro in 2007.
