Import of bran, sharps and other residues of leguminous plants to Netherlands: Rise in 2016

According to adjusted numbers released by United Nations Statistical Office, vegetables import strongly increased by 39.03% in comparison with one year earlier. The variable sharply grew by 3 334 086 kilogram, versus the previous year when it dropped by 11.46 percent. Netherlands saw a growth of 1 771.07% in vegetables import over the past 25 years. However, it has shown a decrease at a 0.18% average annual growth rate over the last five years with a negligible overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 9 504 759.04 kilogram from 1992 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 31 789 744 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 634 730 kilogram in 1992.
