Export of stoppers, caps, lids, packing items of base metal from Singapore: Decrease in 2016

According to data announced by United Nations Statistical Office, the indicator decreased by 15.86% in 2016. Consumer goods export went down by 1 819 308 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 0.99%. The overall changes for the prior 28 years hit a rise of 164.73%. However, it has had a decline at a 0.03 percent compound annual growth rate during the 5 years with a negligible overall raise since the 1989. It averaged 6 988 701 kilogram from 1989 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 11 585 396 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 3 645 521 kilogram in 1989.
