Import of provisionally preserved cherries to Singapore grows in 2016

According to statistics published by United Nations Statistical Office, compared to the previous year cherries import greatly went up by 51 852.38%. Cherries import climbed strongly from 21 kilogram in 2015 to 10 910 kilogram prior year, in comparison to the previous year when it diminished by 32.26 percent. The overall changes for the prior 28 years hit a rise of 950.05%. As well as it has shown the compound average annual growth rate of 0.56% over the five years with a modest overall fall since the 1989. It averaged 5 195.5 kilogram from 1989 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 44 280 kilogram in 1999 and record low of 21 kilogram in 2015.
