Import of sets of hand tools put up in sets for retail sale to Greenland increases in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office published that in comparison to the previous year construction equipment import strongly rose by 38.07 percent. The indicator sharply climbed from 9 354 kilogram to 12 915 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 14.39 percent. Greenland saw a rise of 123.4% in construction equipment import during the last 23 years. Though, it has shown a drop at a 0.45% compound annual growth rate during the 5 years with a modest overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 55 090.43 kilogram from 1994 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 267 562 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 5 133 kilogram in 1998.
