Import of copper alloy wire to Senegal: Diminution in 2016

The variable greatly declined by 72.83 percent compared to the previous year, updated statistics from United Nations Statistical Office highlight. Copper import fell strongly by 5 130 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it diminished by 18.64 percent. Senegal saw a decrease of 92.29% in copper import over the past 21 years. Besides, it has shown a diminution at a 0.2% CAGR over the last five years with a modest overall decline since the 1996. It averaged 8 272.76 kilogram from 1996 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 29 899 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 675 kilogram in 2000.
