Jet fuel demand in Chile: Diminution in June 2018

According to numbers presented by JODI Data, compared to the previous month jet fuel demand sharply diminished by 49%. The indicator went down strongly by 49 thousand tonnes, versus the prior month when it increased by 4.17 percent. The figures reached 89 thousand tonnes in June 2017, which is a 1.14% shift in comparison with the previous month of the same year. This illustrates a -42.7 percent fluctuation between June 2017 and June 2018. The overall changes for the previous 9 years attained a diminution of 26.09%. In comparison to its average, the jet fuel demand is now smaller as the mean equals 78.84 thousand tonnes with a overall increase since the start of observations. It hit its all-time high of 124 thousand tonnes in January 2018 and record low of 50 thousand tonnes in June 2009.
