Export of brushes constituting parts of machines, appliances or vehicles from South Africa increases in 2016

The variable greatly climbed by 52.72% in comparison to the previous year, new data from United Nations Statistical Office display. Consumer goods export went up sharply from 158 797 in 2015 to 242 507 prior year, versus the previous year when it decreased by 1.74 percent. South Africa saw an increase of 2 663.3% in consumer goods export over the past 17 years. However, it has shown a negative CAGR of 0.09% during the five years with a negligible overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 5 772 250 from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 96 065 888 in 2001 and record low of 8 776 in 2000.
