Crude oil imports in Poland drops in May 2018

Crude oil imports declined by 7.36 percent compared with the prior month, adjusted statistics from JODI Data pinpoint. The variable went down by 41.07 thousand barrels per day, as it follows the tendency of the previous month when it decreased by 5.18%. The figures hit 444.81 thousand barrels per day in May 2017, which is a 12.6% change compared to the previous month of 2017. Between May 2017 and the same month in 2018, the data reveal a 16.3 percent variation. The overall changes for the prior 16 years reached a rise of 47.13%. Besides, the crude oil imports is now above average of 438.38 thousand barrels per day with a strong overall raise since the 2002. It attained its all-time high of 622.41 thousand barrels per day in December 2015 and record low of 263.39 thousand barrels per day in April 2002.
